The inquiry is
the beginning.

Most lost revenue is not a lead problem. It is a follow-through problem: the call that never got returned, the quote that went quiet. Every inquiry lands in one place with where it came from, who owns it and the next step, and that step happens on time.

Start here if
  • Inquiries come in and go quiet.
  • Leads live in your inbox, your phone and your head.
  • Happy customers never get asked for a review.

What you get

One place for every inquiry.

Calls, forms and bookings land in one record, with the source attached.

A pipeline you can read.

Every lead at a clear stage, from new to won, so nothing sits without an owner.

Follow-up that happens.

A fast first reply, reminders and quote follow-ups, written in your voice. Nothing goes out in your name without your approval.

Review requests.

Asked for after the job, while the work is fresh, on Google and on the sites that matter in your industry. Never purchased, and never filtered by who is likely to be happy.

Review replies and what they tell you.

Every review answered, and a monthly read of what customers keep praising or complaining about.

Booking.

A calendar customers can book from, with confirmations and reminders.

How it works

01

The map.

How inquiries arrive today, who answers them and where they get lost.

02

The build.

Forms, calendar, pipeline and follow-up set up and tested with real examples.

03

Run and tune.

Watched every month, with the follow-up adjusted to what customers actually answer.

04

Every month after

The follow-up keeps running, the review ask keeps going out, and you get a monthly read of what came in and where it went.

Questions

Which CRM do you use?

Usually GoHighLevel. If you already have a CRM that works, I set up the follow-up there instead.

Can it text my customers?

Texting needs carrier registration first, and that is part of the setup. Email follow-up runs from day one.

Do you buy or filter reviews?

No. Every customer gets the same ask, and what comes back is public and unedited.

Tell me what you want fixed.

I answer my own email. The audit is yours to keep either way.
