Show up where
the decision starts.

For a local business, the choice often happens on the map, before anyone opens your website. Your Google Business Profile and listings need to be complete, correct and active, with the details that decide a call right where people look.

Start here if
  • The right customers never see you in search or maps.
  • Your hours, phone number or services are wrong somewhere online.
  • Your profile has not changed in months.

A monthly read.

Calls, direction requests and website visits from the profile, reported in plain language.

How it works

01

The audit.

What Google and the directories say about you today, including duplicates, old addresses and wrong hours.

02

The fix.

Claim, correct and complete, starting with the details most likely to cost you a call.

03

Keep it active.

Posts, photos, answers to questions and changes to hours or services, every month.

04

Every month after

Posts and photos on a schedule, listings kept consistent, and reviews answered.

Questions

Do I need a storefront to have a profile?

No. Businesses that travel to their customers can hide their address and show a service area instead.

Who owns the profile?

You do. I am added as a manager, and you can remove me at any time.

Can you get rid of bad reviews?

Only reviews that break Google's rules can be reported for removal. For the rest, a clear and calm reply does more for the next customer reading it.

Tell me what you want fixed.

I answer my own email. The audit is yours to keep either way.
